I slept in the gravel lot next door (they allow overnight parking) and checked in at 0730 with a 0830 appointment. At 0812 the guy came to gravel lot and gave me a door.
By 0828 I had my 9 pallets unloaded and they handed me my bills back.
I truly wish more places could be as fast and professional as these folks.
