I walked into the store and was greeted by the assistant in the store. He got busy. Edward stepped forward and said he will take care of me. I don't know why people are writing so many lousy reviews.

Edward was the most pleasant sales person I have ever encountered. He was very knowledgeable and quite helpful.

I would highly recommend this store.

It's exciting to visit this store because there is always something new to experience whether it be the custom made treats, or interactions with other customer's dogs. Not to mention the fact that the staff are always friendly and helpful, but they also take an interest in your pet and their happiness. I also like that fact that you can see them making the custom treats with real ingredients that don't contain nasty byproducts. We always come out with a bagful of stuff that keeps our pup happy for a month or more, and we will continue to patronize this business!!

We sent both our dogs in today for grooming. The staff was extremely welcoming for their first time being in there. I felt very comfortable leaving my pups behind in good hands. When I picked them up they smelled great, nails were nice and cleaned up, teeth and ears looked great! Their coats are both very soft as well! We are looking forward to setting up regular appointments!

Kathryn is AMAZING! She is highly knowledgeable and got me in and out within minutes. Super friendly and professional!

Brooke did a wonderful job on our hairball St Bernard and our Lab mix. They look fabulous and came home very happy pups !

Great place to find freshly made healthy treats for dogs and cats! And toys?! What a selection of toys! The staff is always ready to offer advice or answer questions. What a warm and friendly place.
