She really is wonderful and was there for me throughout the whole process. Even though my sale is complete I will continue to keep in touch.

Patty was very patient and thorough when helping us sell our home. She was realistic in her expectations and encouraged us along the way. She sold our home relatively quickly in a sluggish market and negotiated fairly. I would recommend Patty to help anyone buy or sell their home. When helping us buy our new home she was a wealth of information. She not only is knowledgeable about the current market and locations, she also knows a great deal about construction and codes. She steered us away from many situations that we would not have been aware of had it not been for her.

We worked with Patty Vergano 4 years ago as we prepared our house to go on the market and to also look for another house. From our first meeting with her, she impressed us with her expertise and knowledge of steps needing to be completed during this process. She provided us with recommendations for improvements in order to get a better price on our house, but she did not push on those we decided not to do. Then when the time came to put the house on the market, she staged several rooms and again provided recommendations on how we could improve the appearance of other rooms. Needless to say, we sold our house and received many compliments from interested buyers. In the meantime, we searched for another house. During that process, she was able to point out things that we may have overlooked while viewing houses on the market. We eventually did find a house and again she walked us through the closing process every step of the way. This entire process took us almost a year and she never tired us being available when we needed her. Since then, she's continued to keep in touch and has provided referrals for home improvement professionals when we ask. Patty is wonderful to work with and you won't be disappointed!

Patty Vergano of County Cottage Realty was wonderful to work with. She understood our wants and needs and did her best to provide the services to really promote our home. She was pleased overall with our staging of our home, but also gave us pointers on what she thought would help it even more. I love Patty!! I met her many years ago when my best friend bought a house. It was a great experience. This year she helped my daughter buy a house. It was no easy task 😊! She had a limited budget and a big wish list. Patty was very patient about going to look at houses my daughter found (there were lots) and never made us feel like it was a bother. She steered her away from bad purchases. I felt like she treated her as she would her own daughter. She was professional and knowledgeable and really knew the area and what to watch out for. And, she's fun to work with! I feel like we made a friend. I will recommend her to others and of course use her if I ever need to buy or sell a house.
