Orchard Village Apartments

My family has lived in different rental communities over the last 10 years, by far this is the best property. The leasing staff is so friendly and approachable and organizes event for the families almost every month, enjoyed free food and drinks so many times. Service requests were all addressed in 1 day thanks to the awesome service staffs. I would highly recommend this community for families with younger kids especially their town homes allows kids to run around without any restrictions and easily find engaging neighbors. I had to move out of the state but will be my first choice if I end up moving to St. Louis area. Thank you Orchard Village for the pleasant stay and helping us find lots of good friends.

My wife and I have been members of the Orchard Village community for six months now.
I/We are very impressed by the front office staff. They assisted us in renting an apartment, site unseen from 2000 miles away, this was a very impressive, smooth process.
Being new here, the events they have held to bring the community together have been awesome!
We have met many of our neighbors through these events and really appreciate the extra effort that they put in!!!

The maintenance staff is outstanding as well, the few things that I have needed to have looked at, have received an immediate response. The snow clearing I did not expect, what an amazing job!
I highly recommend Orchard Village apartments, the entire staff is very welcoming and a tentative!!!

My family of four has only lived here a couple of months, but from the beginning Brittany in the office was so helpful answering questions. The grounds are well taken care of. The club house and pool is like a resort area with its zero entry pool, lots of flowers its a beautiful place to relax and unwind. They also have a great gym area. Their amenities are far beyond what most complexes have. We are happy we chose this place to come home to. It's also really nice to see so many walking the area, you know it's a safe place. We look forward to going to the events they host that we have heard about. Do not hesitate call Orchard Village your home.

Orchard Village is a fantastic complex. The apartments are spacious and updated. The few service requests I’ve made were answered and fixed within 24 hours. I especially love the gym and pool, both of which are in excellent shape. The office staff has been friendly and helpful any time I have needed their assistance. Orchard Village is truly one of the best complexes in the area!
