Benchmark Complete Auto Care

Bert and crew are great. I originally went to Benchmark because of a very flat tire. It had a bad tire valve, that they fixed. We discussed that the tires would need to be replaced, but they still had some wear on them. I went back to Benchmark, a month later, for an oil change and was advised that my tires were needing to replaced sooner than later. Which we had already discussed. Bert ordered the tires. He call when the tires came in. They installed the tires and did an alignment on my truck. I love the way the truck handles, no slipping or sliding on wet roads. I am so glad Bert recommended these tires. I will go to Benchmark for all my automotive needs. I like their honesty and quality of work.

I had recently moved back to St Louis and found myself in need of a mechanic. I was referred to Benchmark by a friend. We have two vehicles and take both of them there for repairs and maintenance. We could not be happier! All of the staff is friendly, intelligent, hard working and honest. They actually care about your vehicle and their customers. I highly recommend Benchmark Auto!!

I had been going to a "nation-wide auto repair chain" and thought I was happy there. But then I moved, got a different vehicle, and thought I'd give Benchmark a try based on a family recommendation. I had to get oil change, and safety/emissions stuff to get plates, but the check engine light was on so I had them look at it too. I knew the other services wouldn't be much and therefore he couldn't be making much, and in a world of shady people, the check engine light could have been any problem and cost any amount of money. Eric came out and told me it was just a loose wire and he fixed it no charge. I found skill, professionalism, timeliness, care for the customer, and INTEGRITY! I told him then and there I had found a new and forever mechanic. Give them a chance and you will too. My dad always said "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". I respect Eric and Ed being affordable straight-shooters.
