Sadly I had to use their services 3 times in two years. 😢 They were reliable, responsible and caring during a difficult time.

Larry and his team were very professional and informative to the different things you could want. They would answer any questions you had and you could even call them later and ask them a question. They came out during that ice and snow storm did him did an amazing job
And their compassion to the families are just amazing it's they made everything a much easier for me and I've heard him I heard them talking to others on the phone when I was in their office and just the compassion and everything that they do is just great I would recommend that to anybody

We entrusted Bi-State Cremation and Funeral Services with my beloved grandfather when he passed last week. He had preemptively started planning his own arrangements which took a lot of pressure off of his family, but there were many decisions yet to be made. I could not imagine a smoother, more compassionate process. Larry and his assistant were so kind, courteous, patient and informative throughout the entire process. We had many questions and they answered each with care. Every detail was handled with care, down to printing beautiful obituaries for our departed loved one. Larry called and texted to make sure every concern was addressed to our satisfaction. He was very thorough while not overwhelming us with information or options. Larry did an exquisite job preparing my grandfather for his last earthly viewing- he looked great! The service was beautiful from start to finish and the floral arrangements were impeccable. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Bi-State and would recommend this capable and compassionate company to anyone in need of this service during a loss.

Ms. Jo at Bi-State is the best. She was very kind during this difficult time. She made an obituary for mom on their website and even incorporated moms favorite color. They are amazing and I highly recommend them.
