(July 17, 2020, 6:34 pm)I highly recommend EBF to anyone. Joining two years ago was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Before joining, I worked out inconsistently, if at all. Michael has changed my outlook on fitness. He is extremely self-motivated and it's contagious! He makes an effort to connect with each client and creates an atmosphere that is fun with diverse and challenging workouts. He and the other trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. I'm inspired to give my very best and I feel a sense of accomplishment after every workout. When I joined, I didn't know that I was about to face a serious health issue just weeks after becoming a member. Despite not knowing me for very long, the trainers and members were caring and supportive .... checking in with me daily, motivating me through tough workouts, and even holding a surprise celebration when my treatment was complete. My husband and I are both members and consider EBF to be part of our extended family .... the best gym family around!
