Metro by T-Mobile

I originally came in looking to just get 2 of my old phones turned on, but Ruby hooked me up with 2 brand new phones with cases might I add for an amazing price. She is very energetic and bubbly and I am here for it. I was recommended that location, specifically Ruby by my cousin who just kept bragging about her personality and hospitality. She definitely changes the whole atmosphere. She needs to host some hospitality classes for real.

First of all let me say ruby needs a raise lol. I came in to pay my phone bill and she tried to sell me everything y’all had in there. Not in a overly pushy way like car salesmen but she was really energetic and fun if I would’ve had more money I would’ve bought whatever. But she did get me to buy some headphones at least, they will be a great valentines gift for my boyfriend. She has to be new to that location because my experience is never that great. I left with my cheeks hurting from laughter. Who ever does the hiring hit the jackpot. Thanks again girl and I’ll be back to see you.😁

I came in because I was having troubles with my phone and RUBY is so helpful. I even offered to pay her and she wouldn’t even take it. She is living proof that there are still amazing selfless people out here.
