On the Go Mobile RV Repair

I called this company and they were very helpful and out for the customers best interest. I had them fix my hot water heater and my furnace and they did a great job on both! I was also given great advice on issues aside from what I needed fixed. Thanks for the help! Highly recommend!!!

Extremely knowledgeable and excellent customer service. I got to St Francois State Park and realized my refrigerator wasn’t working. After checking all the normal circuit breakers and fuses. I put in a service request at 430pm on a Friday night, and got a call back from Kevin at 1pm Saturday. He was able to talk me through troubleshooting and got the refrigerator working again.

Kevin was excellent to work with. Our AC went out in our travel trailer .. he tried to walk thru some issues with us over the phone however we didn’t have luck on our side. He came out and discovered we needed a new unit, replaced it and even fixed some other items he discovered from the factory .. he was awesome!! We highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

I had a suspension issue with our 5th wheel upon returning home from Texas. I wasn't sure if about using a mobile service for this level of repair or not. Though I decided against using a mobile service, Kevin was took a lot of time on the phone to listen to all the information I had gathered and to help me make fully aware of all the issues in getting the problem resolved. He was very knowledgeable and helpful even though he wouldn't be doing the repair. I will definitely use his service in the future when the need arises. The only service provided was Kevin's phone support. Kevin, thanks for your time and expertise, it was very much appreciated.

We used Kevin to repair our camper fridge. After a full comprehensive review he decided we needed a new fridge. He called around to try and find the best deal for us. It took several days for the fridge to come in and he installed it (with his employees help) and it looks and works wonderfully. Kevin is always respectful of your property and he is very honest. We also appreciated that he always called to let us know he was on his way. He really knows his stuff too. Thanks for the awesome professional install on our camper!
