Laurie,Dawn & Stacy are all so helpful. I swear they recognize my voice whenever I call. When I had a claim from hail damage, they all helped me navigate how to deal with it and went out of their way to follow up. When ever I stop into the office, they all acknowledge me and ask about things other than just business stuff and share what has been happening in their lives too. I feel the team is like friends that have your back. They do a great job and I hope they know how much they are appreciated.
