I received the best care from this doctor and got the right glasses I needed to see with plus picked out my frames with one pick. Try that sometime. I also received a lot of compliments from employees, etc. on my glasses selection. Very informational with my diagnosis for proper lenses. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bateman. Nice to have in a small town and I like doing business where I live as well.

This office is amazing! Newly updated and bright and cheery! All the ladies and Dr. Bateman are so friendly! They take their time and ask questions I had never been asked in the past. Shawn is THE BEST at helping you pick out glasses that get many compliments from all that you will come into contact with (she has been helping me for over 15 years!!) You can't go wrong here!

I've been a patient in this office for many years, as have my children. Our exams are always very thorough. Dr. Bateman knows from year to year what changes have occurred with our eyes, if any. Due to my difficult prescription, this is extremely reassuring to me. We only get one set of eyes and I feel very confident to have mine in his care! His office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I just recently had an issue with a pair of glasses that I ordered. They were returned to the lab and completely remade at no additional charge to me. While not the fault of his office, his staff was very apologetic. Shawn always goes above and beyond when assisting me with glasses purchases. I appreciate her guidance and experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Bateman's office for all eye care needs!
