Been leaving at Applewood Apt.for a year now.this is the first time my maintenance request was done fast and professional.The manager is wonderful and has the job done. That put a smile on my face.

Had graphics put on wife's car.was done the next day.thought was a little pricey.but they did a good job.

These guys have always been very professional I can't wait to see their new shop that they're moving into on highway 75 and Drake is good hard worker

I moved here back in May of 2019. I've honestly not had any issues. Management is very responsive, my maintenance requests are completed in a timely fashion, and the rent itself is reasonable.

If I had to recommend 2 changes:
1.) think about upgrading the interior a bit; I understand it was built some time ago, but even bringing in some new cabinets would make a world of difference.

2.) Change how the water/utility bill system works. It doesn't seem to be very reliable or predictable, and there are a lot of times where I feel I'm paying a lot more than the amount of water I'm actually using.

Other than that, I have no complaints and would recommend Applewood to anyone looking for a decent place to live in South DeLand.

The women in the office are great I lived here a year and if they had 3 bedrooms I would have resigned my lease they do all they can to help you. Maintenance people are quick and clean. This comment is about the ladies in the DeLand office from start to finish they were there. The only down fall is you are next to a water plant and it stinks but hey that's not their fault. Thanks again ladies.

Quality signs every time!

I don't know exactly what it is but I have woke up every morning in a wonderfully happy mood and attitude since I moved in this apartment. I love living here so very much I can't hardly explain it. I do know the Lord had this apt. set aside for the time I would be able to move in here and I truly feel that way. The ladies that manage this place are awesome and very welcoming. I have the most comfy home that I thought I would never have again after last year. I'm one thankful lady and would not want to live anywhere else.
