I love this place! Needed new breaks on the front, they had it done same day I dropped it off. Honest and straight forward. No upsells but did provide me a list of things I should keep my eye on that might need my attention in the future.

I recently took my van to independent auto and I was very nervous that it was my transmission they were able to run a diagnosis give me an accurate quote and let me know every step of the way what was going on with my carThe customer service was amazing and they were even able to tell me that it wasn’t my transmission it was a misfire which meant I could repair my car and not have to purchase another one this was huge for my family I am extremely pleased with the service I received from independent auto and I’m so thankful for their honest and hard-working staff!
Had a leaf spring break on my vehicle and they came recommended from a family member. They did a great job, and the cost was on the low end of the national average for my vehicle. It will definitely be my first choice for my future repairs.
