Lacey did a great job of taking care of me when I visited the store. My screen shattered and she very quickly got me a replacement and assisted with the restoration of my data.

They can't help modify accounts here but the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My experience with Michael was great, very professional. Cloning the old phone was so helpful. Highly recommended.

Thank goodness for stores like this one! All about helping the customer. As an older person, I am not tech savvy. Michael did it all and explained everything. Every store I called in Omaha will not assist so it was very worth the extra trip for me to travel the extra distance. Thanks so much! Will definitely take all my business to Plattsmouth location!!!
