(June 21, 2022, 10:58 am)Bret is the only reason I’m able to continue doing what I love. I love fitness and started seeing Dr. Bret about 2 months ago. Woke up randomly with no ability to put on my socks and shoes…Bret had me back to small bits of training within days! But he didn’t just adjust me and send me on my way. He worked with me on movement patterns, sport specific stretches, as well as at home rehab exercises to get me better Quicker. Whether you’re an athlete, a parent, or a grandparent..Bret will get you where you want to be. He takes the time to make sure he is getting things right, and it also helps to have a Doctor who is super active and practices what he preaches. Thanks Dr. Bret for giving me back my movement!!

Few chiropractors I’ve seen have the knowledge of healthy movement Bret does, and fewer will spend the time he does to identify the root of symptoms and customize a recovery plan beyond routine adjustments. He diagnosed my years’ long struggle with running pain in one session and helped me reprogram my stride to stay healthy running 2000+ miles per year.

I’m constantly breaking myself (don’t judge) and he’s always there to fix me up with more than just the average chiropractic experience. He goes above and beyond! My most recent injury was spraining both of my ankles and he had me up & walking by the next day and programmed me my very own physical rehabilitation with modifications to my workouts!
10/10 would recommend!

(February 14, 2022, 8:05 pm)I have been seeing Dr. Bret for about 1 1/2 now and my ability to stay in top shape to take on roughly 4 hours of competitive CrossFit training wouldn’t be doable without him! Every week Dr. Bret will take into account the movements/movement patterns I have been working and between dry needling, cupping, TENS and Graston I feel like a new athlete every time I walk out of his office. I would highly highly recommend seeing Dr. Bret even if you don’t competitively exercise, his adjustments will keep you in functional shape for all life’s crazy adventures!

He keeps me feeling great with normal adjustments and is always willing to help me through any injury or tweak that comes from doing CrossFit. He even gives me scaling options for workouts if injured so I never stay out of the gym.
He is knowledgeable, effective and never disappoints. He is also impossible to beat on any WOD.
