Amish Furniture of Nebraska

We had a quality issue with our custom sofas and had some miscommunication regarding if I called within my warranty period (which they realized that I had later). Initially they denied the claim. However, after they realized what had occurred, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am receiving a credit from the store for the full price of the sofas that I purchased. I appreciate very much that they worked so hard to ensure that we were taken care of. They stated multiple times that it is important that I was happy with the final result and that they really helped me get something I am happy with moving forward. Melody is amazing up there!

This furniture store was wonderful. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Traci was the first to talk to us after we entered the store. She put up with me as I made two trips to the store to make my decisions. The whole experience was terrific.

Went to visit this store out of curiosity. It was a worthwhile trip. The furniture is high quality and the showroom is laid out very nicely. I didn't need any furniture so didn't really go looking for staff so I can't comment on their helpfulness or competence.
