I have lived in Mallard Crossing for almost 5 years between 2016 and 2021. It is located in a prime location everything you want is at a 5 to 15 mins walkable distance.
Offers different layouts, it is spacious and well maintained. Many units have upgraded appliances too. Their exterior maintenance is good too. During snow days they take care of clearing off the pathways and the roads. The community pool is good. Staff here are courteous, they are prompt in responding over phones or over email. The rent is kind of little high I feel. The community gym is too cramped. They have limited washer and dryers. They do have a printer and a computer to use for the residents, but the printer never worked these 5 years. Roads and pathways are too cool for a morning or evening walks during summer. Response for any maintenance work are immediate within a day.

All staffs are friendly specially all the people in the office.
It is really quiet and lot of goose.
