This place is so much more than your typical chiropractic office! I neglected postpartum core recovery and ended up having severe back spasms at 1 year postpartum. Dr Whitney addressed my pain and helped me understand the root of the problem. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is a mom herself so she could relate to what I was experiencing. She tailored her treatment and recommendations to my abilities and never made me feel embarrassed or behind for not prioritizing my recovery. I can’t recommend her enough!

I was having some back and hip pain on and off throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Whitney gave me some exercises to help me when I was having pain and showed me how to prevent my back pain through evaluating my posture and some of my other daily movements. My back and hip pain have improved significantly. Definitely recommend seeing Dr. Whitney for your chiropractic needs in pregnancy!
