Esprit Whispering Ridge

I cannot say enough about what EVERYONE at Esprit has done to meet our needs! Having to find somewhere during the pandemic was very difficult. We looked at a number of places and felt this best met our needs. The small Memory Care Neighborhoods are what sold us. Mallory, Stacey, Elizabeth, Tayler, Jenny, Beth, Becky and ALL the Staff go above and beyond to make your loved one feel like part of a family. They listen when you have complaints (and believe me, I let them know). I am not sure why these last couple of negative reviews are here, but I go at different times to visit during the day and evening, and have never seen or heard what they are talking about. It’s hard enough to have to make the decision to place a loved one....and my family knows we made the right one. Our eyes and ears are always open, and an open conversation if things are not right, is all part of making it better. Your experience and your family member’s is up to you. I have been the hairstylist at Esprit for almost a year now. The way they have handled this pandemic is exceptional. They do whatever they can to keep their residents and staff safe. All the staff are wonderful and super helpful. They take fantastic care of the residents and all their daily needs. The director and office staff are awesome! You are always greeted with a smile when walking thru the front door. I love the personal relationships I’ve gained with the residents and meeting their families. You couldn’t pick a better place for you loved one!

I absolutely loved working with the residents. They are the reason I went to work everyday. They became family to me, and they deserve nothing but the best.

Even with the challenge of pandemic restrictions, the staff at Esprit Whispering Ridge have gone above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable and cared for since she moved in this fall. They regularly exceed my expectations for care and service.
