    I had to go here because my son's phone was smashed. The only person who was working in the store was the manager. He was kind and knowledgeable. He made sure he was able to help me get a phone at the least amount both out of pocket and on my bill. I asked why he was working alone, and he had told me his employees have been working hard and deserved time off. Great show of leadership, in my opinion.

    Deonte was very helpful and knowledgeable. He set up our new phones and walked us through everything. He ensured we had picked the best plan for the best deal.

    I went in for some after I had some basic issues with my phone and was trying to upgrade. Sebastian and Noah were amazing and were able to talk me through what I wanted to upgrade to and all of the promotions they had.
    If I have any further problems with my phone I will be coming back!

    We were in there on 11/30/22 we each got new phones from Sam’s but now have AT&T service. We needed to send back my old phone and they helped us erase everything on my old phone ,also helped us exchange another phone . We are so impressed by their customer service . They also explained to us about Direct T.V. Streaming . To save us some money . Thank you again. The Davis’s.
