I asked him to work on a rug that my kids ruined with chocolate milk. He tried tirelessly to remove the stain and actually contacted the original rug maker to replace it because the instructions were inaccurate. The rug maker (from Ireland) replaced it for Jim. I was blown away. Thank you, Jim!

Best experience I’ve had. Call him, he’s a 1-man shop, which tells you he HAS to care about his work because his business depends on it. Will be using him exclusively going forward.

He's helped us out in stressful situations with flooding in our home and we honestly don't know what we would have done without him. I'm very meticulous about our home & He's a Gem and ONE IN A MILLION.
