  I am so greatful for Dr. Cullen and his staff. Dr. Cullen was kind and professional and very concerned with my well-being. He and his staff explained everything in detail to me which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I am very appreciative.

  It was nice to meet Dr Penny. He took time to answer my questions and to give me good explanations for care of my feet. I have always respected the excellent care offered by Dr Cullen. It is a pleasure to visit this clinic—which I highly recommend. Thank you Doctors!

  Dr. Cullen was one of the most gentle, kind doctors I have ever experienced. He made my sons procedure very relaxing, with no pain! The staff was also great as well. I would recommend him highly to anyone!!

  Starting with scheduling appointment, office staff was very pleasant and helpful. Arriving at appointment check in was simple and staff very nice. The lady that took us to exam room was very upbeat and positive. The X-ray tech was polite and accommodating to get the best images.
  Finally Dr Cullen has the best bedside manner of any physician I have seen or worked with. He was able to explain my injury very well. Using his technology he showed us exactly what he needed to do to repair my injury and keep it from happening again. Dr Cullen has the personality to comfort patients and get his patients to truly buy in to the care plan.
