Parsons House Assisted Living & Memory Care

My mother has been living at Parsons House for over a year and she has been very happy there. They hire well, from the nursing staff to the chefs to the management. It’s clean, the food is good, the staff friendly and professional. We have no complaints.

Our family has found that Parson’s House provides great care. Their ability to provide customized levels of care has proven to be a truly great differentiator. Genuine concern, good service, and a patient first mentality is evident everywhere you turn. Things run smoothly. The recent renovations are great. The food is absolutely outstanding.

The entire staff is very caring and our family is very pleased with the care my Mom has received. I would recommend Parsons House to anyone. The room is cleaned once a week thorough and items in bathroom picked up multiple times throughout the week. The food is very good with many options.

Laundry is done weekly and hung back up and put away. Medication/presciptions are done on time.

The mgmt has accommodated our request in a timely manner and really helped us get in when our need was great.

Finding a place to put your loved one is extremely hard. When I called Parsons house, I had no expectations. When I arrived, everyone had smiles and they were all very kind. Residents, staff and visitors alike. They have a secured facility with amenities for every type of person; Bingo, happy hour, yoga classes and more! They do a great job with special diets, and their chef goes out of his way to know the residents. My dad has really enjoyed his time there, so far. The staff keeps me up to date on his medical needs and many of them know me too. I am so happy I found Parsons house for my dad.

Parson’s has been fabulous to work with. They were able to help us with extremely short notice and were completely accommodating to our short schedule. They walked us thru the process and made the transition as easy as possible for our family member. The care and responsiveness has been top notch. They are remodeling and the atmosphere is very bright and welcoming. Lots of activities are available for the residents to keep as busy as they want. Would highly recommend!
