  I have worked with Gregg at Apex Performance & Chiropractic for over a month now and I cannot recommend him enough. I suffer from chronic migraines and muscle pain in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. I’ve tried every treatment in the book until I found Apex, and their ART therapy has made a noticeable difference and improvement in my muscle pain and the ability to get through my week. Because of ART therapy with Gregg, my muscles don’t have that burning feeling anymore, and my tension is always released and with the specific muscle work he applies to the areas I need attention. Gregg is easy to work with, very attentive, and encouraging during treatment. Can’t recommend him for chronic muscle pain management enough!

  I’ve seen Gregg a couple times for cupping sessions, and also 10 sessions for ART, and it helped tremendously with the disc degeneration pain in my lower neck. I was referred to a surgeon and Apex has helped me avoid that. Much appreciation!!!

  I’m a big fan of Dr Troy and Dr. Greg and Apex!!! I’ve dealt with back pain for the last 15+ years and have tried lots of different things to help w that pain and nothing seemed to work. After the initial evaluation they went right to work and after just a few weeks I’ve already seen/felt more improvement than the prior 15 years. They are genuinely nice guys that have a passion for helping people and are just all around good people. Highly recommend their services.

  I recently had a complicated rotator cuff surgery and am now in a slow and painful recovery. While traveling to Omaha on business, I had a setback caused by carrying heavy bags and sleeping in an uncomfortable hotel bed. Upon the recommendation of my client, I called Apex while in an immense amount of pain and asked if there was anything they could do to help. They squeezed me in that same afternoon and Gregg then worked absolute miracles on my shoulder using ART. I experienced IMMEDIATE relief and restored function, and came back again the next day. Gregg and his team are truly caring and skilled practitioners and I will be making a point to see them everytime I'm back in town - highly recommended!

  I wish I would have found Apex sooner! There are no hard sells and no one-size fits all treatment. They truly create a plan tailored to you and your goals. I move better and feel better. And when I recommended them to a colleague, he came back and said he owed me big time. If you’re feeling older than you should because things hurt and you’re just not moving like you used to, call them!!
