From my first conversation with Shannon trying to figure out if our project was some thing they could do, she was more than helpful! Before learning about Austin embroidery, I reached out to another local shop, and just got the runaround, so was very pleased with how easy the process was! We didn’t have a huge project so wasn’t sure what the priority would be, but they did a great job of fitting us in and getting our jackets done in time for our retreat! Not to mention they look great! Will definitely be using them again!
