  I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I thought that the staff at the T-Mobile at 2211 E Colfax deserved to get a 5-star review. They make a usually frustrating task very tolerable to say the least. Drew was very patient and obviously very knowledgeable as was the other CSR in the store. Kudos to them!!

  I 100% should have gone to AT&T, no doubt. Half a day in, I'm fully regretting my decision to go to T-Mobile. I came from garbage Boost Mobile which uses the T-Mobile towers. I knew I wasn't gonna get good coverage, but I was hoping it'd be faster in the areas that it does cover. So far, it's not true. The only reason I went to T-Mobile was for their great "no throttle" unlimited plan. I hope it gets better.
  
  I gave the 4 stars for the individual store. It's important that ratings get attributed to the specific store and not for full company ideologies, and personal feelings towards that.
  
  I could see they're understaffed. It seemed that one kid was basically running the whole store. Sure I had to wait a while, but it was not this kid's fault, or even the franchisee's fault, at this point in time. Staffing issues are nationwide. This kid crushed it though! Victor/Joseph (Said his name was Victor, name tag said Joseph, but that doesn't really matter too much). That kid was on fire! He tactfully, and with great charisma, handled 6 different people's needs at the same time. With great patience, and knowledge, this kid solved everyone's problems just going through the tasks, and keeping a smile, and great attitude through out! Was very welcoming! Give that kid a raise! I've seen other folks write about how certain staff members at that store need a raise. Please give your employees the due money, as they're the only reasons that many of us are customers. The business flows through their good work, and they should be rewarded appropriately!

  Went to this location to get a new iPhone 12 Pro Max. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and overall pleasant to deal with. Malik is that dude! Great location and I would recommend it to others.

  Every review is earned! I just wanted to give a shout out to this Amazing T-Mobile store. The BEST in the city! Ask for Andrew he is on fire 🔥 He was extremely patient with me, as I am a very hard customer to deal with. He helped me figure out my problem & got me on my way with a new device -in no time! Give him a raise please. 🙏🏽 Also, wanted to say shout out to their newest team member Victor. He is the sweetest! So polite & helpful. The last person I wanted to give notice to is their store manager Darien. He is great! He was so patient & informative. D was able to break down any & all questions in the simplest form. He waste NO time & is very articulate. The way he runs is store is lit 🔥

  I worked with Kristi for a little over a year. She is fantastic. She helped me get through some issues at work. I highly recommend her!
