My only problem I had was the first car I got into smelled like smoke. They immediately got me a different car. Otherwise great experience.

(December 8, 2020, 1:16 pm)The whole experience was great! The salesperson at the counter was super helpful and kind! The car was clean and in great condition. When I dropped the car off at the terminal the service person was so thoughtful and kind. I will be using AVIS again in the future.
