Her staff is efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, personable and a dozen other positive adjectives. I feel very lucky to have found her practice.

Dr. Chanlatte is an amazing doctor and so is her staff. Everybody there is very personable and relatable. Dr.C and her staff truly care about her patients and are very knowledgable. She always tells it how it is and doesnt sugar coat anything but is still respectful. I've been going here for about 2 years now and they really helped me get my life back and on the path of recovery. I cant thank them enough, if I could rate this place 10 stars I would!

Dr Chanlatte has been our family doctor for years. She makes you feel comfortable, and Is approachable. Denise is awesome as well. Unfortunately my family moved out of state.
