Kate’s been a tremendous help for me. She’s the first therapist I’ve ever seen on a regular basis and I wouldn’t feel comfortable talking to anyone else. She’s very good at her job and makes it easy to talk about things, while still holding me accountable for the things I’m responsible for. Would highly recommend.
