(April 2, 2020, 11:56 am)I started going here 10 months ago and loved it. The coaches are great about breaking down the fundamentals and the workout. You can change the workout and movements so you are able to still complete the workout. The community is great also. I enjoy going to the gym and seeing the members. They are like a second family to me!

(January 11, 2020, 8:40 pm)My husband started going to CrossFit Vise for me and spent about a year trying to convince me to come try it out. I started by trying the free community classes on the weekends and am do happy I did and ended up joining myself shortly there after. The coaches and community are wonderful and welcoming. I was nervous about having to bring my son to the gym with me and now he looks forward to going as much as me because everyone is so kind and helps out with him. The coaches are wonderful at helping adjust the daily workouts to you ability but also are great at pushing you to do your best. I would defiantly say that joining this community was one of my best decision in a long time!

(October 29, 2019, 6:45 pm)Dropped in today for the 4:30 class. Anthony coached and was awesome. Very professional and friendly. He went through a great warmup, stretch and movements for the day. The athletes were extremely welcoming. If I lived here, this is where I would train. Thank you for allowing me to train with you today.

(December 20, 2018, 9:55 pm)I spent 4 great years being a part of Vise. I got into the best shape of my life at 34! The coaches are the best. They take the time to teach you how to do every move and ensure you are doing it correctly during a workout. They limit the number of people per class so you have your own space. The friends I made here are the best part of my experience. Vise truly is a community.
