  Megan provided me with the absolute best experience wedding dress shopping and made me feel like the most important person in the room. One on one appointments allows you to have the shop to you and your guests, and no distractions around. Megan was extremely respectful, kind, conversational, doting, and creative in coming up with the absolute perfect gown. No dresses at the shop are mass produced, so you are guaranteed to catch everyone’s eye and stand out from the rest of the brides on your special day. As someone who wasn’t too excited to shop for dresses and is low maintenance, I felt special and finally felt like a bride thanks to Megan. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

  The employees at this store are absolutely amazing! Little back story, we’ve been with sprint over a year & my husband destroyed his phone (galaxy s8) well it was cheaper to pay off and get him a new phone, rather than to fix his old one (if it was even fixable). Well I went on sprint.com and chatted with an agent who instructed me to go to the Hoover road location and they could fix it. WRONG! Not only could they not fix it, but for some reason they added another line, that they told me would cancel it’s self in 30 days. And for some reason needed that line to get my husband a new phone... again not sure why because I paid his old phone off and could get a new phone.... anyway imagine my SHOCK when I see our Bill was over $300!!!!!!! So we go to the Stringtown road store and explain to them what happened and they were just as confused as us! But Joel and Brad were amazing! They were able to figure everything out, get that line off our account ($50 saved just with that)!! Apparently the Hoover Road location is a “third party” location and Stringtown is not. We learned our lesson and from now on will ONLY go to Stringtown road!

  I can’t say enough good things about the experience we had here! The layout is beautiful, and after trying on what felt like way too many dresses on other shopping trips without getting that feeling, I ended up choosing from three Arc dresses that I really loved.
  
  Even better, Megan was so kind and gracious and is clearly passionate about what she does! She made me feel so special and comfortable, and gave our group such a great memory. So glad we came here!

  Beautiful store :) Love the viewing couch and pedestal to show off the dresses to my party! The place is so warm and inviting. The whole experience is so fantastic and fun that it made me forget about the pandemic, if only for a little while! Megan is amazing! She is on the bride’s side the whole way! So thankful for her and her recommendations and patience! I was so thrilled to find THE dress at Arc Bridal! Thank you so much!

  Arc Bridal is honestly the best bridal store in the world. Megan is the most professional, chill, helpful, kind, wonderful owner. I went to several bridal stores and was very overwhelmed and frustrated. Megan made everything so easy and made me feel so comfortable. All of the dresses were beautiful and modern. Get your dress here!!!

  Tom B went above and beyond for me. Great team and very happy with my service and purchase. I switched carriers and Tom helped me to transition. Small hiccups aside, I am very glad to be a Sprint customer!

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Arc Bridal and its lovely owner, Megan. Not only does Arc carry the most exquisite dresses of any wedding boutique I visited, but it also offers gorgeous, heirloom-quality accessories that can’t be found anywhere else in Omaha. The French-lace veil that I got from Arc is a true treasure—it was handsewn in the United States and feels like it was spun out of air.
  
  The service at Arc is also out-of-this world. The owner, Megan, worked with me over the course of several weeks to ensure that every part of my wedding day – from my dress, to the veil, to hairpins – was exactly how I wanted it. She is an angel! So kind, thoughtful, incredibly patient, and an absolute expert in her profession (she knew more about weddings than most of the wedding planners I spoke with).
  
  I feel so blessed to have found Arc Bridal and Megan. Aside from marrying my husband, they were the best part of my wedding. I will always recommend Arc to every bride I meet!
