The best customer service I have experienced in a while. I’m a newer camper owner who can’t back into anything. The owner spent a half hour coaching me and guiding me into the parking spot. And the prices are so competitive. I’m in the Air Force and can store my camper on base for $5 cheaper, however don’t have a gate with a pin code. This place is the best.

I have had storage spots all over the country for my RVs and car hauler. Average going price for an outdoor spot is $30. Jeff was the only place in Metro Omaha that was this same rate, as opposed to $90+ which is nuts.

Jeff is opposite of most storage people, in that he’s very nice and accommodating and not mad at the world.

Lot is big enough to easily turn large trailers around and spots wide enough to not have to back up and pull forward 42 times (if you don’t have precise trailer backing skills.)
Site is well secured and water drains very well here.

As long as I’m in Omaha, I’ll store my trailer nowhere else, but at Elite.

Plenty of room, great pricing and elevated high enough that floods didn't effect the lot. Jeff is very accommodating and easy to work with.

We rented a 20 x 50 unit. Secure safe and was above food waters Spring 2019. Owner very conscientious. Unit and grounds clean. Security gate worked great. Perfect Big Rig storage with electric.

Safe secure lot! Owners are great people and live close by! This Storage lot was high and dry when the historic flood hit Valley as well!
