    What a diamond in the rough. I wish I could give 10 Stars! Frog was thorough, professional, honest, fair and reasonable. I could write a 3 page article but I won't. 😊. I'm just SO HAPPY with the great service I received. His level of professionalism is a dying breed anymore. I can't thank him enough and I'm hopeful that with the repairs he made, I might be able to get a long life out of my vehicle. 🤞

    Update 5/4/23: Another great experience at Ribbits! Having electrical issues with our Honda minivan and locked out of our radio and YouTube fixes weren't working. Frog called a contact at a dealership, removed the stereo to get a code needed on a sticker back there, talked to his contact and got it fixed and a code to use in case it ever happens again. I guarantee it was far less expensive and very reasonable vs taking it to the dealer or a Honda shop and a great experience again!

    Let me just say…superior experience! They (correctly) diagnosed our repair over the phone before we even got the van to the shop. Then, the owner gave my 3 year old daughter and I a ride back to our house because it was cold and I didn’t want her to have to sit and wait (we live in a nearby neighborhood and would’ve had a 15 or so minute walk home which would’ve been fine if it wasn’t 15 degrees and windy). Then, he was able to provide two different quotes at different prices for a dealer part vs an after market part. When we arrived to pick up, the total was less than quoted because they’d done a bit less labor than anticipated and were honest about it. Showed us the part they’d removed and what was wrong with it so we could understand the repair more thoroughly. AND - they’d vacuumed out our van! If you have a 3 year old, you understand the amount of crumbs and nastiness that can quickly accumulate and what a nice surprise that was. Highly, highly recommend and will 100% trust to use them again!

    "Frog" has been working on our vehicles for years & some camper stuff (tires). He is great, we love that he calls & discusses stuff before making a decision as what to do, does estimates & doesn't do anything unnecessary etc. Great person, honest, integrity & hard working. So in our opinion, ya can't go wrong. Bonus for us: we live close to his shop. But ease of mind would be worth a drive!
