Cedar Creek Pottery

My Wife has been dragging me to pottery shops for years now. We've been everywhere from Eureka Springs, to the Minnesota North Shore, and most points in between. This place she drug me to today is my favorite of all. It's so cool that Ervin moved the old Church, and converted it into such a unique place, rather than it being just left to rot away. The pottery is top notch. Ervin, his shop, his pottery, and our time spent visiting were all fantastic.

We were quite impressed both with the quantity and quality of the pottery here. This is inside an old country church and fills pretty much every space of available horizontal places. Definitely a must visit.

I have brought a number of friends with me to this lovely site and each has been enthralled: the setting, the presentation, the craftsmanship and the beauty we are immersed in when entering the old church are to be long remembered. Every piece of pottery I have that Ervin has created is well used and well loved. Do yourself a huge favor and stop by—and bring along a friend or two!

What kind of a-holes would give this place anything less than 5 stars. You won't find a cooler or more unique pottery shop anywhere in the country. This place is nestled in an old church, practically in the middle of a bunch of corn fields in the middle of nowhere. It's one of the coolest little unique places I've visited in such a long time. Go inside and enjoy it for what it is.

The man, the myth, Ervin Dixon was in the house at his gallery outside of Beatrice, Nebraska. Had plenty of little pieces to choose from. Give your home a nice little old-time custom look. We spent a small fortune here on plates, bowls, ornaments, and the like. Very cool little spot to look around, grab some custom clay fired goodies, and enjoy the conversation.
