  I was in search of a particular phone after the holidays, and after calling around it lead me to the store in Jackson (which by the way is a weird coincidence that I work there in town). I called there to confirm they had the phone and they put it aside for me till I could get there later that day. When I got there, it was busy and I ended up waiting maybe 10 minutes at the most. Scott had helped me set up my new plan and was very helpful. We had a tough time setting up the line because when I previously called the customer service line to inquire about the particular phone I was looking for, they started a new account for me but I was already a prepaid customer. Besides the phone, I wanted a new line and plan but something got crossed and when he was trying to fix it, whoever from customer service wasn't helping him at all, possibly making it worse. Plus they kept wanting to run my credit because of the multiple account issue that the person from customer service rep I previously spoke to set up (even though that wasn't necessary) and Scott stuck up for me and told them that they already ran my credit and to proceed to combine the information from all the accounts. In the end, with his help and consideration, I left the store with my new phone. Thanks Scott!

  I was in US cellular with my girlfriend getting new phone service for her and her daughter. And I had a problem and Max Werner Did everything he could to make sure that we got our phones and got the service that we needed he took over three hours of his time I’m highly happy with his service. I would recommend US cellular to anyone the customer service is top notch I’ve had them for almost 5 years, and the service at connect cell in Jackson is exemplary !!! Their manager Brandon Schmidt always takes care of any issue I have and Max went above and beyond on Saturday to make sure we got the phones for my girlfriend and her daughter!

  I have been using Bouwens for 7 years (since I bought my house) and will never go elsewhere. They get me on the schedule right away-sometimes the same day-even for nonemergencies. are always quick and efficient. They are reasonably priced and have great customer service.
