I had a broken tooth that had become infected. The amount of pain I was in, it was indescribable. I couldn’t even swallow. I called Dr. Zieg’s office at the end of my rope, I couldn’t take the pain anymore. Not only did they get me in that day (on a weekend) with no questions asked, but they stayed late after hours to treat me. They took care of me as if I was their family. They made me feel so comfortable with the extraction process, talked to me through the whole procedure about everything and nothing all at the same time. The vibe here is on a whole different level, I wish I could put it into words. I’ve had my fair share of dental experiences and this one is by far the BEST experience I’ve EVER had in my 29 years. I can not thank them enough for helping me and for being so kind and understanding in my very painful time of need. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
They are amazing! We were visiting from out of town when my daughter broke her tooth and they were able to see her immediately and replace her tooth within a few hours. The dentist and his wife were incredibly nice, down to earth and genuine. Going above and beyond to help my daughter.
I hate going to the dentist but this office may change my mind. I was impressed with the latest technology, great staff, reasonable prices and my overall visit. I was a new after hours patient and was not rushed, my comfort was obviously important to them and it was the best dentist office I have ever been to. I walked out with a custom made permanent crown right there in office.
The best experience I've ever had at a dental office. Had a root canal and crown done. Absolutely no pain and everybody who works there are just down to earth people. I felt comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend them!
For a very long time I looked for a Dentist that treated his patients with respect and took the time to talk about the aliments that a dentist might find. Dr. Zieg is the best dentist that I've ever known. He fixed previous work that was unacceptable and I've never had a problem with anything that he has done in the past. He is caring, cheerful, and funny. I recommend him to all my family and if I ever move out of town, I will miss my DDS most of all. His office is not ornate or any spectacular but the people you find inside are exactly that. Thank you David!
