He went into detail of every part he had to replace, physically showed me which parts were malfunctioning and why, AND took me out to my car to show me where each piece went in my car. He also explained what each part was for and gave me additional information on future parts that are known to go bad in my car, 2014 Chevy Cruze.
I was very nervous about taking my car to someone since I've never needed work done, besides an oil change, but I have given my parents Hector's number and I will forever recommend him.
