As a member of the figure skating club I can attest to good service and high precautions during covid-19

Aside from falling on my skates in the bathroom (I have terrible balance) I had a really great time. If you don’t know how to ice skate then it’s a great place, because they have red things you can hold on to so you don’t fall. It is a little crowded in the rink, and there are some obnoxious people who will push the little ones, so make sure your child has an adult with them. I would even say children under 16 should go with their parent or guardian because when I went people were pushing other people, and a lot of them were teenagers, and that is why I left 4 stars. You may bring your own skates, but they have a skate rental place, so you don’t have to go BUY your ice skates. In all, my friends and I had fun, but be careful about balance and safety. If you go, it will be a really great experience.

I bring my daughters here to ice skate every winter when we visit our family who live in Lincoln. As this is our only ice skating experience we have nothing to compare it to, but my girls have fun every time, and that’s all that matters to me. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the hours for skating are odd, which makes it hard for us to plan all of our activities around it. Also, the plastic trainers are expensive to rent, $5 for 1hr is a bit much. I wish they’d make taller ones too, so adults and older kids who are just learning to ice skate can use them too. Other than those two things I think this is a great place and we’ve made some great memories here.
