Community Rehab Physical Therapy - LaVista, NE

  I went to Community Rehab for help after I had an arthroscopic surgery and micro-fracturing procedure on my right knee. This was the first time in my life I had ever needed physical therapy, and I didn't really know what to expect. Immediately, however, I knew this would be a great place, since the staff could not be friendlier or more professional. I was always encouraged and helped greatly by everyone there, but I especially want to note Alyssa Saline and Will Thompson for not only their helpful suggestions for physical therapy, but also for communicating with great skill. I was appreciated as a person and always encouraged by both of them, and I thank them for helping me get better. Alyssa was willing to go to the Sarpy County YMCA to show me exercises I could do in the water after I ended my 24 visits with Community Rehab. Those instructions have aided me tremendously in continuing to strengthen my knee. This is a great bunch of people doing superb work in helping others, and I loved going there and seeing all of them.
