Zerorez Omaha

I am super happy with my Zerorez experience. I feel that the pricing was fair and competitive, the rep that came to my home was knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning my carpets. I'm super happy with how clean my home now feels! I definitely would use this company again.

We honestly weren't expecting too much cause our carpet was pretty stained from pets, our hope was just sanitization and maybe some stains up. But Lucas got so much of the staining and the dirt up. It looks and feels so much better and was honestly very cost effective for what was done. No lingering smell either which is really nice too.

Lucas was awesome. Arrived on time, helped me move furniture and worked quickly. I’ve used Zerorez for over 10 years and wouldn’t think about using anyone else to clean my carpets. My carpets look new!

They did an amazing job cleaning the carpets. The company itself was able to reschedule me at the very last minute due to a doctor's appointment for my kids. They still got me in the same day just at a different time. They called about 10 minutes before they got to my house and were
very friendly, polite, and respectful. They told me exactly what they were going to be doing and it even took less time than they quoted me. I will be using them again

Our technician did a fabulous job! Also he had just packed up and happen to notice a spot behind our couch that our puppy soiled that we didn't know. He restarted his equipment and cleaned it going the extra mile because we didn't have them shampoo under or behind our couches but we had him shampoo our couches. Our carpets and couches look amazing! Highly recommend them.
