We did our 1,000 sq ft unfinished basement with Dave’s team. Shout-out not just to Dave, but also Aaron and Anne! Start to finish we were blown away by their integrity, communication and overall quality of work. We will used them in the future for sure!!!

The SHI team did an outstanding job with finishing our basement. Multiple hurdles, to include the pandemic and several big-ticket items being added during the project (sliding door replacement, backsplash, etc), were handled with good responsiveness and coordination throughout. Their use of the Buildertrend app makes contact and payment much easier. David and his team pursued many final loose ends until they were finally handled for good. I would recommend them for a project of any size.
