(July 4, 2023, 6:49 pm)Culligan of Omaha was easy to work with and well worth the short wait to get my reverse osmosis in our home. Mike was friendly and cared to find the best fit for my family. He spend the time I needed to understand the equipment before purchasing. The tech who installed the unit was just as knowledgeable and gave me pointers to the care and maintenance. I look forward to our annual maintenance check.

There was some initial miscommunication about the online appointment requests but the owner was very responsive and quick to correct the situation! The technician that came over was awesome, knowledgeable, personable and easily answered every question I had along with fixing the issue. I will use them and again and recommend them to anyone!
