They arrived early to set up in our driveway and started to serve promptly at the time we requested The food was absolutely delicious and made fresh as they were being ordered by our friends and family. We had the special menu and guest had a wide variety of choices. Our guests were so impressed with the quality and flavors of the food. We catered la cabanita’s food truck for my daughter’s birthday. We had an amazing experience with them. Our guests were so impressed with the quality and flavors of the food. The steak and chicken fajita burrito are amazing. I drive all the way from Elkhorn just to grab food from this truck. Service is always super friendly and the portions are enormous.
