Amigos/Kings Classic

They filled me with there cream! Even after I begged them to stop filling me with gooey ooey goodness they kept bringing me the yumm yummy.

This ended up as a part of our Nebraska culinary tour. And boy, did it fit in! We found the King's connection, so we both had cheese frenchies. Just as decadent as we remembered! Then we had the quintessential Amigo's dessert, crisps with cinnamon and sugar plus a cup of ice cream. Friends, even as a native I've questioned the state sign "Nebraska: The Good Life." But this forgotten dessert from our past? Well, now I know why the sign is right. Service was a tad slow, and bathroom cleanliness was below peak. But thanks for the treats from our past.

The new glacier freeze is super yummy! I also enjoyed the southwest chicken Burrito. Probably one of the best burritos I have ever had. I am glad I had a coupon for it though. It is quite a big Burrito but competing chain Mexican restaurants would have it for cheaper for the same size. The Mexifries are super delicious as well. I wish they had dining in seating again. They do have nice tables to sit outside though if you do want to eat there.
