(September 20, 2022, 5:33 pm)Both my mother and sister reside at Ridgewood. My mother is 96 and my sister is 73 years of age. They each have differing challenges mentally and physically. The level of care is excellent, specialized and individualized to each of their needs.
The communication is excellent between the staff and myself which is comforting to me.
The staff, from the highest position to the maintenance men, and everyone in between, are professional and caring.
I'm blessed to have my mom and sister living there. -

(October 28, 2015, 5:00 pm)Best place of employment I have had the pleasures of working for as a registered nurse. The Vetter Healthcare Services mission, vision, values should be implemented throughout all health care facilities nation wide. I received my CNA here while still under the previous company, worked here in high school and during college. Moved away to obtain my LPN and came back after receiving my ADN. As a charge nurse in long-term care under skilled facility guidelines, I obtained a vast amount of knowledge and leadership skills to carry me into a role as a director of nursing and nurse educator. I would recommend any new or experienced health care provider to apply.
The Administrator, DON, and nursing team have the resident's care as their top priority. I worked at Ridgewood Rehab & Care Center along side some of the best health care professionals of my career. The quality of care and compassion towards the resident's and skilled care patients set the facility and staff above the competitors. Their staff in the rehab department and memory support unit are well diverse and current in all healthcare practices. This would be the only facility I would want to place of loved one for their healthcare needs!
