Grabbed some excellent andouille sausage, candied peanuts and spicy salami. I enjoyed all it so much. Make sure you check out the menu on their website. Highly recommend!
Locally sourced and produced meats, cheeses and so many interesting flavor combinations of sausages! Though you can order from the website it’s a fun little trip to Fort Calhoun to see what’s new. Definitely want to try their classes as well. It’s no wonder these guys won the Omaha Food Day award a few years back.
Just had a private cooking lesson. We had 6 people at our home. The food was terrific and we got many tips and cooking methods that can apply to any recipe. Would love to do it again!!
Chad was very knowledgeable and made brining and grilling very easy to grasp. He is so passionate about the art of cooking and curing meats. If you are looking to learn the technique of preparing and cooking different styles of meat, he should be your first choice. Everything that we prepared was absolutely delicious and was very straightforward to make. Chad made it simple to understand and easy to apply. Please take or course or just try some of the cured products, it will not disappoint.
One of the most unique and fun experiences that we have ever had in a date. We did a private cooking class with another couple and had a blast. Chad is extremely knowledgeable and his passion for teaching and cooking shines through. I would highly recommend his classes to anyone and am looking forward to doing it again sometime soon.
