I was a bit skeptical coming here honestly because of the reviews. HOWEVER; I must say that since my initial call to this office, till now with all of my complicated needs/ concerns, the staff have been very nice and receptive. JAMIE the medical assistant honestly went above and beyond. Cynthia in the from desk also very receptive and got messages to appropriate people in a very fast amount of time. I thank you.

Every experience I've had with the doctors and nurses has been pleasant. My wife and I see a few different doctors and have had the opportunity to visit all of their offices.

Sometimes the staff is less friendly, but they've always been professional. I chalk it up to regular seasonal cycles you can find in every work place. We have had a couple of appointments rescheduled, but it's important to remember that doctors are people, too.

I would highly recommend these practices to any friend or relative. The only reason I don't give five stars is because nobody is perfect.
