    Jamie at the front desk was so nice! Having someone like that doing the intake really makes a difference on the mood in the ER.
    RN Josh was very polite, RN Zach was cheery and cracked jokes. Makes you feel a little less miserable. It is an ER, youre going to be waiting a long time. Thats pretty standard. We did leave and come back because we felt my husband's blood oxygen levels were low, the second doctor we had made us feel kinda silly and sent us home. Our first doctor Stephanie told us some things could be a symptom of low oxygen so we came back when we saw those and the second doctor said that it has nothing to do with it. So a little bit of conflicting information there.
