  I am shocked at the negative reviews. As a twenty year customer, they have never failed in delivering prompt and professional service. The customer service I have experienced there has been superb. I particularly like the Henderson branch where you walk up to an executive desk and have a seat with the teller.

  Bank of the West has always met my needs. Staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. I only wish they had more branches in Las Vegas!
