  We were first time home buyers with no knowledge of the home buying process, and I can honestly say that Kimmy was wonderful and helped us every step of the way! She showed us lots of houses and was patient while we discussed each one. Her knowledge and expertise helped us structure an offer on a house that had multiple offers, and our offer was accepted. The sellers were very difficult to work with, but Kimmy was able to negotiate on our behalf and was in constant communication with us (even on the weekends). In the end we were able to get a great deal on a house and will definitely be working with her Kimmy again!

  Kimi was simply amazing, she made the home buying process easy and enjoyable. Kimi was very knowledgeable during the whole process, she answered all my questions and always addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Also she was extremely patient, I changed my mind about what I wanted in a house several times but Kimi was very patient and kept working with me until we found the perfect home. It’s easy to tell that she really enjoy what she does and she is willing to go the extra mile to ensure her clients find the perfect home.

  As a mortgage banker, I can say that Kimi is one high level real estate agent, She was very Patient, Knowledgeable & super responsive during the home buying process.   Kimi is amazing! We had been talking about selling our home forever but we not sure what to expect with the process. Kimi was always available through every step of the process and answered any and all questions we had with kindness and professionalism. We had several bids on our home in just a few days, put an offer on another home at the same time. Ended up closing on both homes on the same day!!! We had some challenges along the way but Kimi’s expertise kept us sailing the whole way through. She is someone you want on your side!!

  Trying to buy a home during a global pandemic is not an easy task. Kimi was amazing! I had to change realtors in the middle of my home search...I had a realtor and a team that was more interested in themself than me!! So when I found Kimi I so happy! She is not only kind and sweet but smart and knows her job well. If I asked a question she had the answer... trust me I had a lot of questions!! She never told me I don’t know let me check with my broker or manager. Others do this a lot. The last home I purchased was in 2005 so trust me things have changed. I took some time and a few bumps lending rules seemed to change daily because of all of the unknown of what was to come.
  
  I can go on forever but just know Kimi and this team is awesome!! I am moving into my new home and my family is so grateful to this wonderful team!
